You'll learn how to make a classic filled pasta shape from Emilia Romagna - Tortelloni filled with Ricotta cheese. 

What’s Included

Welcome Reception
Begin the experience in the Casa Mia Lounge for a warm welcome reception with signature cocktails by our Sommelier.

Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make filled Tortelloni pasta including egg dough from scratch. 

Dinner Experience
Enjoy a three course family style dinner including Terra Mia Grand Antipasto spread, followed by your pasta made in class, served in two styles of sauces and finish with festive dessert platters and espresso.

Inclusions

Signature cocktail on arrival, 2 glasses of wine during the meal and take home Terra Mia apron.
