In this hands-on experience

End the summer with a hands-on pasta-making experience inspired by the bright, rustic flavours of Puglia.

This seasonal class celebrates the beauty of southern Italian summer cooking, handmade pasta, an abundant of produce and the relaxed joy of gathering around the table.

You’ll learn how to make orecchiette from scratch and enjoy them served with a Pugliese-inspired summer sauce.


What’s Included

A Warm Welcome
Begin the event by a welcome reception with our Sommelier and enjoy a Terra Mia signature cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer (non-alcoholic options available)

Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make orecchiette by hand and discover the techniques behind this beloved Southern Italian pasta shape.

Breaking Bread at the table:
Enjoy a family-style Pugliese summer feast featuring the orecchiette made in class, served with two traditional sauces of cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, ricotta and crispy pangrattato, and of course, sausage and cime di rapa! 

The meal will also include Pugliese-inspired antipasti, such as burrata with tomatoes, marinated vegetables, and bombette Pugliesi.

Inclusions:
Two glass of VQA wine and a take-home Terra Mia apron.
