In this hands-on experience
Calling all seafood lovers! Escape to the Italian seaside with a hands-on pasta-making experience inspired by coastal summer cooking, fresh seafood, bright tomatoes, olive oil, herbs, and the relaxed feeling of dining by the water.
You’ll learn how to make chitarra pasta from scratch and enjoy it served with a choice of two different seafood inspired sauces.

A Warm Welcome:
Begin the event by a Welcome Reception with our Sommelier and enjoy a signature Terra Mia cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer (non-alcoholic options available)
Hands-On Pasta Making:
Learn how to make fresh chitarra pasta and discover the techniques behind a beautiful fresh egg pasta dough.
Breaking Bread At The Table:
Enjoy a seaside inspired lunch featuring the chitarra pasta made in class served with a coastal-inspired sauces, along with fresh salads, seasonal sides, and summer-inspired accompaniments.
Inclusions:
