Celebrate zucchini season with a hands-on pasta-making experience inspired by the flavours of an Italian summer garden.

This bright and seasonal class is all about simple summer cooking and the joy of gathering around the table.

What’s Included

A Warm Welcome:
Begin the evening with a signature cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer.

Hands-On Pasta Making:
Learn how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch and discover the techniques behind light, tender handmade gnocchi.

Breaking Bread At The Table:
Enjoy a family-style summer garden feast featuring the gnocchi made in class, served al Limone and in a Zucchini sauce, along with stuffed zucchini flowers, and summer-inspired accompaniments all things zucchini!

Inclusions:
Two glass of VQA wine and a take-home Terra Mia apron.
