Learn how to make Fettuccine from scratch!

Enjoy a three course family style dinner showcasing all things found in an Emilia Romagna kitchen! Enjoy the Tagliatelle made in class with a traditional bolognese sauce, our favourite cotolette alla bolognese ( chicken cutlets topped with prosciutto and parmigiano finished in a white wine sauce ) classic sides and a sweet dessert featuring one of Emilia Romagnas greatest treasures!
