In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the delicate art of Tortellini—small stuffed pasta.

• Learn the technique behind Tortellini, filled with traditional ingredients and shaped by hand.

• A 3-course dinner featuring Antipasto, your handmade Tortellini in brodo, followed a dish of our made-in-house Lasagna and finishing with dessert.
