From Rome’s bustling piazzas to Emilia-Romagna’s food stalls — join us for a cozy, hands-on evening celebrating Italy’s favourite street eats.

This class brings together everything we love about fall: comfort, flavour, and a touch of Italian chaos. You’ll taste your way through a lineup of beloved street foods, all made for sharing, laughing, and lingering at the table.

In this hands-on experience, guests will:

Shape and bread Supplì al Telefono — crispy Roman risotto croquettes with mozzarella
Roll and cut a the famous Tuscan Pici pasta to enjoy with a hearty, fall-inspired ragù

Then we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a family-style spread featuring a mix of Italian street food classics, the pasta made in class, and a small sweet treat to finish.
